NEED COOL PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 10th ANNIVERSARY OF CAREER DAY at CIS 303 Wednesday May 14th, 2008. CIS 303 is located in the Morris Heights area of the West Bronx. The students are primarily Latino and African-American age 11-14. Despite the difficulties of growing up in an underserved urban neighborhood, our kids are enthusiastic about their education and the possibilities that await them in their futures. CIS 303, 1700 Macombs Rd. 5th floor, Bronx 10453, 10:45 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. If interested in volunteering Contact: Monica Brady, 718-583-5466 or email monica.brady@cis303.org Kristin’s Comment: I did it. It’s definitely a fun event. This is a great opportunity to give back to youth. You’ll be amazed at how insightful their questions are. You might influence a young person to take a path that they might not have ever considered.
